Pop Tab Cash
Minneapolis / St. Paul. Minnesota
RMHC Upper Midwest Paul has run a successful Pop Tab Collection campaign for years. Since 1987, they have raised more than $800,000. Those funds have gone toward the operating budget for the House and helped to defer the cost for families staying there.

Biking for Life
The Hunter, Newcastle, Australia
In order to address a 50 percent increase in demand for the Ronald McDonald House in the Hunter, an area that covers 280,000 square kilometers, the House planned a fundraising bike ride.
The “Fortunate Fathers Riding for Less Fortunate Kids” is a seven-day journey across 750 kilometers that began in 2005. With major media coverage and the riders’ blogging daily, the rides have raised AU $350,000 in just three years. It's been enough to fund an expansion of the House to provide capacity for an additional 123 families.
