Seeing Is Believing
Children across 30 provinces in Thailand will be seeing their world better because of a new Ronald McDonald Care Mobile.
The vehicle’s team will provide free eye tests and eyewear to underprivileged school children across the country.
In addition to onsite visual screening, the staff will also provide basic health care screenings and link children with medical needs to local hospitals or healthcare organizations. They will also educate the community on vision, the physical and social implications of school-aged children eyesight problems and the power of early diagnosis and prevention.
The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile is a natural extension of RMHC Thailand’s commitment to help children. Ronald McDonald House Charities of Thailand was founded in 2001.
